Spirituality refers to that which gives life meaning, provides a sense of belonging, and facilitates connection. Everyone has spirituality. Even neuroscientists agree that the human brain is hardwired for spiritual experience, and the World Health Organisation has added spiritual as a measure alongside physical, mental, and social well-being.
